The department cooperates with the scientists of the Russian University – the Novosibirsk State Medical University. Partnerships with colleagues at the National Youth University were formed thanks to the Visiting Professor program, within the framework of which, at the invitation of the department, an associate professor of the Department of Physical Education of the NMMU Dubkovskaya LA worked at KazNMU. Cooperation continues in the testing of students in health aerobics in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Course staff actively participate in international cooperation. So in 2014, a master class was organized for the teaching staff and students on the theme: “Dangerous phenomena of the modern world” by visiting professor-Shidin A.V., head of the department of mobilization preparation of public health and medicine of the Tyumen State Medical Academy.
